These terms apply to the PixPick AI desktop app and pixpickai.com ("PixPick"). By creating an account or using PixPick you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy.

The service

PixPick is AI photo culling software. It analyses photos on your computer, scores them, flags blur, closed eyes and duplicates, and writes ratings to XMP sidecar files or sorts photos into folders. AI results are suggestions: you decide which photos to keep, and you should keep backups of your originals.

Account

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account can be signed in on a limited number of devices at the same time. You can sign out other devices from your account page.

Trial and membership

• New accounts get a free trial with every feature. The length is shown on the pricing page.
• Membership bought on the website is a one-off purchase for the period shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically; buy again to extend it.
• Memberships bought in the iOS app are Apple subscriptions and follow App Store renewal and cancellation rules.
• If you have a billing question or want to request a refund, email support@pixpickai.com. We reply within 15 working days.

Your photos and content

Your photos remain yours. PixPick does not upload them and claims no rights to them.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, crack or resell PixPick, share accounts commercially, or use it to break the law.

Liability

PixPick is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost photos or business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
